The breakfast was delicious and provided with soup, crabs and also fish. The hotel was set in a remote area adjacent to the shopping mall and stores, restaurants and museums. I ate in the traditional restaurant nearby.

Hotel was great relaxing and well-maintained, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

The beds were comfy and overall the room was huge & neat. Its location was quiet and best possible right in front of bus stop to Togendai. And it was also really close to go to, a different bus line and all the superb world-class art galleries and museums.

Remote location, not very far from Lalique Museum Hakone. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

Beautiful and particularly good rooms with modern facilities. Remote location in a beautiful mountainous area. Based next to Odawara which many Shinkansen pass or go to, the nature, and a Tozan bus stop.

The hotel had a remote position very close to the Hakone ropeway/Lake Ashi and train station and lake Ashi. I was here for 1 night and ate at traditional restaurant which has friendly staff and an English menu.

This hotel suited the needs, we would be happy to recommend to all. The place was perfect and had very nice and courteous staff with an English speaking staff member on hand, loved the stay. The location was great and stunning, relatively close to Hakone Glass Nomori Museum. And the area was really quiet, not far from bus stop, nearby popular museums, a bus station that connects to Odawara which many Shinkansen pass or go to, and the busiest areas.

Lovely base for 1 night with great and informative staff with friendly service. Location - stunning close enough to a wooden platform and train station and Sengokuhara Susuki Grass Fields which are a mile away. The hotel of choice in Hakone.

Early check-in, parking across the street. Attractive, beautiful unit with tatami style, tub, for example. Local area, remote location close to Odawara which many Shinkansen pass, bus stops to both Hakone-Yumoto station and Gotemba station, and Hakone

The rooms were a nice size and well-equipped and complete with bath, even table tennis and hair dryer. The location of the hotel was peaceful and best possible - around 10-15 minutes walk from a botanical garden.

My room had quite bad view.
